Zach was able to fit me in today, the same day I called. He called to say he could come by a little early which was great. Zach was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He got our AC working again.
This is the second time I've called for Zach's help, and he's been super responsive both times, via phone, e-mail and text. He knows what he's doing and knows where to look to find the problem right away. He's honest and gives advice that's in the best interest of the customer. Zach was on time and very helpful, giving our system a going over and determining that we didn't actually need some of the repairs we thought we did! He did a great job cleaning the coils of our aged and non-maintained AC as well!

I asked about my furnace maintenance and he provided me with a yearly deal of maintenance that brought the cost of my AC repair down and allows me to have peace of mind in the fall when he comes back to maintenance my furnace (included with the yearly maintenance program). He was professional, kind, thorough, and time conscientious.
