The communication was great (which is hard to find these days). My technician was Michael, who was on time, courteous, and explained to me what the issue was. I ended up needing a new thermostat and I had Michael complete the biannual maintenance on my system. I feel like the maintenance was reasonably priced but thermostat was a little more expensive than I was expecting. I did end up going with a higher end thermostat that works better with my system. Also, I truly believe you get what you pay for and in this case working with A Plus was painless. I am more then willing to pay a little extra for a good experience.
